Turkey Day
By Mindige0
"A turkey?"
"Yeah"
"A big, gaint turkey?"
"Well I guess, yeah"
"And you see nothing wrong with walking in the parade as a huge turkey?"
"Uh, no I guess not" Clark was in all out fidget mode now. He knew that asking Lex to come to the parade to watch it was a bad idea. Lex had jumped at the idea of them being together, out in the open almost as if a date but when Clark had explained that he, Clark, would be *in* the parade, Lex had frowned and asked why. His explanation that the elementary kids always had a turkey walk them in the parade made Lex even more confused. So he had explained that this year, just like the last, he would be walking with the elementary school kids as their turkey. This was where he was now, with Lex staring at him with those intense blue-gray eyes and asking him:
"A turkey?"
"Yeah, but I won't be the only one" Clark said hoping that he could get Lex off the subject now.
"What do you mean, not the only one? More than one person is willing to do...this...this turkey thing?"
"Uh, well no. I'll have my hatchlings with me" Clark knew the moment he said that, that he should have kept it to himself.
"Hatchlings?"
"The little kids, they will be dressed up as turkeys too"
"Clark, they're little kids of course they can dress up as a turkey"
"Uh." Clark said uncertain on how to respond. He had already agreed to doing it and he wasn't going to go back and say no, now that Lex was staring at him as if he had lost his marbles.
"The point of this exercise is what?"
"Well it's to have fun" Clark said remembering last year and how much fun the kids had with running around him acting like turkeys or in Clark's estimation chickens.
"Have fun? Dressed as a gaint turkey?" Lex said his brows drawn together, trying to make sense of what Clark had just said.
"The kids like it" Clark responded wanting nothing more than to find a quick and easy exit out of Lex's field of vision and out of his line of fire of questions.
"Okay but what about you?"
"It's fun" Clark said remembering all the fun he had with the kids while walking in the parade. Sure he got made fun of at school, but he also knew that the kids had much more fun with someone that willing to do it instead of being assigned to do it as it had been in the past. It was the least that Clark could do for the kids since he remembered his own walk in the parade as a turkey.
"Fun?"
"Well yeah" Clark said wondering how much smaller Lex could make him feel about being the 'head turkey' so to speak for the kids.
"Turkey and fun just don't seem right in a sentence together"
"Then tradition"
"This is a tradition?" Clark knew then that he should have said nothing, he just seemed to be making it worse with the longer he stayed but he had no real reason to head back home since he had delivered all of the produce early on and now he was back to spend some time with this *boyfriend*. Clark still got a kick out of that every time he thought about it. Lex Luthor was his *boyfriend*, although with the way things were going now he may have to do something to his boyfriend to get him to shut up about the whole being a turkey in the parade that was to be held in a couple of weeks.
"It's Smallville, Lex" Clark said hoping that his answer would shut Lex up.
"Right of course" Lex said now nodding his head and giving Clark a look that told him what he thought about the matter. Clark was just about to open his mouth and ask Lex what he meant by that, but his phone going off.
"Hello" Clark quickly answered once he saw that it is was his mother calling him to Lex. Clark listened to his mother speak before responding.
"Okay, I'll swing by Fordman's and get you the felt"
"Okay and some feathers" Clark answered back with a grin on his face. It seemed that his mother was stressing out over the turkey and Thanksgiving Day items she was preparing for the children that were going to walk in the parade.
"Love you too, bye" Clark said before pushing the red phone button on the cell phone to end the call.
"Should I worry?" Lex joked with Clark only to have his own cell phone go off right after he spoke. Clark gave Lex a look that asked the same thing.
"Luthor" Lex barked into the phone only to make a face once he heard who was on the otherside.
"I would almost say I was almost touched if I knew you well enough to know that the only reason why you called was because you wanted something" Clark raised his eyebrows at the comment, wondering if Lex would say who was on the otherside of the phone.
"No"
"I told you no once, you asking again isn't going to change the answer" Lex said before sighing and rolling his eyes to show his displeasure at the phone conversation that was going on.
'I gotta go' Clark mouthed to Lex before he received a nod of the head and then Lex tapping his cheek for a kiss. Clark looked around him before darting over to Lex and giving him a quick kiss on the cheek.
'I'll call you' Lex mouthed back before responding to the person on the phone.
"The answer is still no" Clark nodded his head before making his way to the office doors and then out to the foyer of the castle where one of the staff stood working on a fall flower arrangement.
"Bye" Clark said to the staff before giving a wave and then making his way to his truck so that he could make his way to Fordman's to get the requested items for his mother.
"Deck the halls with boughs of holly" Clark sang along with the radio station that his father had the radio set to for when he went into town and used the truck. It seemed that the radio station was getting a head start on the holiday cheer for Christmas, for it wasn't even Thanksgiving yet and the Christmas songs were already playing non-stop on the local 'lite rock' station.
"Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la" Clark sang as he pulled up to an empty spot at Fordman's parking lot. Which seemed to be packed with cars and people already trying to get their Christmas shopping done before the mad rush that came after Thanksgiving.
"Clark" had Clark spinning around and coming face-to-face with Chloe Sullivan, his almost friend.
"Chloe" Clark said with a smile on his face, after the whole 'Haunted Hell Hay Ride' Chloe had begun to hang out with him when she wasn't working on the school's newspaper or finding out the latest gossip around town. Clark could say one thing about Chloe and that was that she always knew everything that went on in town and was usually the first person to find out before the rest of the town.
"What cha doin' here?" Chloe asked looking around the packed store, wondering what would bring Clark into the store.
"Mom has a list of things she needs" Clark explained before grabbing a wire basket and making his way over to where a large sign that had scrawled on it 'fabric and accessories'.
"Arts and crafts?"
"Felt and some feathers"
"Do I want to know?"
"For the kids that will be in the parade next week" Clark explained as he continued over to the 'fabric and accessories' area to gather the required items for his mother.
"Hey about that"
"Huh" Clark said before squatting down and looking at the felt and the color choices that the store had available in pre-cut sizes.
"Who is the turkey this year? I want to interview them for the newspaper"
"You're looking at him" Clark said his body still low to the ground while blushing as well.
"You're the turkey this year?"
"Yeah"
"But weren't you it last year too?"
"Yeah"
"So why this year again?"
"The kids asked that I do again this year, last year"
"That was nice"
"Yeah, guess the last few people sort of screwed them over"
"That's not right"
"I thought the same thing, so I volunteered again"
"Just the boy scout you are" Chloe said before watching as Clark blushed and then stood back up to his full height.
"Where you goin'?"
"To get enough felt for my mom" Clark said before wandering around the fabric displays looking for the bolts of felt he knew he could buy for his mother.
"Can I help you?"
"Yeah, I'm looking for the bolts of felt"
"Right this way" the person said leading Clark and a still tagging along Chloe over to where a semi-small display of felt was sitting.
"Chloe can you grab those two there" Clark said pointing to the green and red felt that were close to her. He of course would have gotten them himself but his arms where already full with the brown, orange, black and yellow felt bolts in his own hands.
"How much?" The person asked looking at all the bolts of felt and wondering what Clark planned to do with that much felt.
"I'm going to need a yard of each color" Clark said doing some quick calculations on how much felt would be need for the project that his mother was planning to help the kids with.
"You sure about that?" The person question still confused on what Clark could do with a yard of felt in six colors.
"Positive" Clark said nodding his head and then watching as the worker rolled out the felt and then cut it for each color.
"Here you go" they said passing over the felt cut and a ticket with the skew of the felt on it for each color.
"Thank you" Clark said before grabbing the cut felt and putting it in his wire basket and then walking over to where he thought he had spotted some feathers when they were walking over to the cutting table.
"Now what are you up to?" Chloe said watching Clark and wondering how anyone couldn't fall in love with him and his sweet nature. She of course had a huge crush on him but she knew better than to even try and push herself on Clark since she had seen the way that Lex looked at Clark when Clark wasn't looking when the pair of them were in town together. There were of course people like Lana Lang that didn't see the quiet love that Lex shared for Clark, but she wasn't about to go and tell the girl to back off since she made such a fool of herself when in the presence of Lex which usually meant she was in the presence of Clark as well. It seems that the whole scene after the Halloween hadn't affected the girl in the least since it seemed that she was more determined to get Lex into her claws. Things hadn't been working out for her but Chloe knew better than to assume that the girl had given up.
"There some are" Clark said to himself, forgetting for a moment that Chloe was with him.
"Feathers?" Chloe questioned before remembering that Clark had told her that he was to pick some up.
"Yeah" Clark said grabbing a few bags full and placing them in his basket, before walking towards the front of the store where the cashiers looked frazzled checking out people.
"So a turkey?" Chloe said wondering if Clark would give her any more details on it.
"Not you too" Clark grumbled making Chloe's eye brows shoot up. She hadn't been expecting that sort of reception about her question about him being a turkey.
"Me too?"
"Lex is a bit confused on why I am being a turkey for the parade"
"Ah" Chloe said now understand what had Clark all in a twist.
"Does he not know the customs of Smallville?"
"I think this will be the first year he has been in Smallville for the holiday" Clark said recalling the years before and that Lex had never really be in town when the Thanksgiving holiday rolled around. It now explained the reaction that he had gotten from Lex about him being a turkey.
"Well I think Smallville's biggest Boy Scout could school him on that" Chloe said before laughing at the look she got from Clark.
"Next!" the cashier screamed since Clark wasn't paying much attention to the line.
"My bad" Clark mumbled before placing his basket on the belt and watching as it rolled towards the woman at the cash register.
"Twenty-two, fifty-six" the cashier said before waiting for Clark to hand over the form of payment that he planned to play with for the items.
"Here you go" Clark said handing over twenty five dollars, now wanting to get out of the store as fast as possible. He had spotted not only Lana but also Whitney Fordman in the store.
"Here" the cashier said almost throwing the change back at Clark before they gave him his bag.
"Thanks" Clark mumbled before walking as quickly as he could out of the store, while trying not to be seen by Lana or Whitney.
"Clark" Lana screeched, which only made Clark sigh.
"Hi Lana" Clark said stopping at the exit doors and wishing that there was a way to get away from the girl without her screaming at him about Lex.
"Have you seen Lex?"
"Uh" Clark said uncertain on how to answer, he was saved by Chloe.
"Hi Lana, Clark come on I got an interview to do" Chloe said before grabbing his arm and dragging him out of the store and to the truck.
"Thank you for that back there"
"No problem, I don't know how people put up with her"
"You and me both" Clark said before remembering a time, before Lex, that he followed the girl around hoping that she would notice him. Now though it was Lex that was always on his brain and he didn't think that it would be changing any time soon.
"I'll talk to you at school" Chloe said before wandering off bobbing her head to some song that was playing in her head.
"Okay" Clark said while watching Chloe walk off with a bounce to her step and bobbing her head. Clark was jarred out of his watching by his phone going off.
"Hey Lex" Clark said while getting into the truck and making his way back to the farm.
"I swear my father is evil incarnate" Lex said before moaning at the thought of having to go to some party with his father for Thanksgiving. He had told his father right after Halloween that he would be unable to attend the Luthor Corp Thanksgiving Party, which was thrown for the executives of Luthor Corp.
"That bad?"
"He wants me in Metropolis by weeks end to 'help' and I use that term lightly, set up for the Thanksgiving Party that my father puts on for all of the executives of Luthor Corp."
"Sounds fun" Clark said wondering if Lex was going to listen to his father and go or if he was going to spend the holiday with them in Smallville. He had been working with his mother on a special meal for Thanksgiving, but he had the feeling that all his planning was for nothing.
"No it doesn't, and if my father thinks I am cancelling my plans here in Smallville for one of his stupid, 'lets get Lex married' parties then he is sadly mistaken" Lex said his voice told Clark all he wanted to know, and that was that he was the first and most important thing in Lex's world, just as Lex was for him.
"Mom will be glad to hear that you are coming" Clark said trying to play it cool and not show Lex that he had already planned out something with his mother for Thanksgiving dinner.
"Am I invited?" Lex asked he hadn't really ever asked Clark about how they planned to spend the holiday since he had been thrown off by the whole Clark being a life sized turkey in the parade that would be held next week.
"Of course you are!" Clark said before laughing at the squeak that Lex made at his words.
"Well I'm home" Clark said sad at having to get off the phone but knowing that if he didn't get off the phone his mother would rip him a new one for not helping her with the project for the kids.
"And you need to help your mother?" Lex said knowing what Clark wasn't saying.
"I do"
"With the life sized turkey?"
"Yeah, something like that" Clark said before laughing a bit at the noise that Lex made at his words.
"Well I will leave you to it then" Lex said before saying goodbye to Clark and then hanging up. Clark on the other hand made his way out of the truck with the bags from Fordman's to the front door of the house.
"Clark there you are!" Martha said her red hair frizzing out around her.
"Sorry about that" Clark said before making his way to the dining room, where his mother had set up the turkey project, as Clark liked to call it.
"Did you get it all?" Martha said looking through the bag that Clark had handed her the minute he walked in the door.
"Of course I did" Clark said as his mother continued to look through the bag and make noises.
"The kids will love this" she said after she stopped looking through the bag, she noticed that her son was looking decidedly uncomfortable about something.
"Have you spoken to Lex?" She saw the flicker of pain cross Clark's face, what in the world was that about?
"Yeah, he was.....confused on the whole turkey thing"
"You did explain to him that this was a Smallville tradition?"
"Yeah, but he still didn't get why *I* was doing it" Clark said looking at his mom as if asking her to explain the ins and outs of Smallville traditions to Lex.
"Hmmm" Martha said before thinking that she would make a phone call to let the older man know that he was hurting her son's feelings with his attitude about the parade and Clark being the head turkey for the children. Clark stood in the dining room for a moment longer before the house phone began to ring.
"I'll get it" Clark said making his way over to the phone and then answering in the standard way.
"Kent Farms, Clark speaking"
"Oh" Clark said, Martha could tell that he was tense about something.
"Lex hadn't told me" Clark said his mother now standing in the kitchen where the phone was usually sitting on the cradle.
'Give it here' Martha mouthed to Clark, she knew who was on the other end of the phone. Clark readily handed over the phone.
"Martha speaking" Martha said her face taking on the look it usually did when she was at battle with Jonathan over Clark and Lex's relationship, at least in the past.
"Hello to you too, Lionel" Martha said her voice telling the man just how happy she was at hearing from him, which wasn't very much.
"A party in Metropolis you say?"
"No, I'm sorry but you are clearly mistaken" Martha said with glee, she would just love saying the next sentence to Lionel Luthor.
"He has plans here and I am certain that he doesn't plan to cancel"
"Oh, you speak with Lex then" Martha said before nodding her head and then hanging up the phone.
"The nerve of that man......" Martha said before shaking her head. Only Lionel Luthor would think it was a good idea to get his son to go to some party by trying to cancel any plans he may have had in Smallville, especially with Clark. She knew the man didn't know about Clark and Lex's relationship, but she also knew that man well enough to know that if Lex had plans of staying in Smallville that Clark was the center of the reason for his staying.
"Mom"
"It's okay, I'm sure that Lex will of course tell his father no yet again on him being in Metropolis for Thanksgiving" Martha said to her son. She could see he was worried and she wondered if this was part of the reason on why he came in looking so, so glum was the only word she could come up with. She knew that her words wouldn't reassure her son until he spoke with Lex.
"You call Lex and I will try and start putting the project packets together" Martha said before shooing Clark back over to the phone while she left the room. She knew Clark would want some privacy when speaking to Lex. He always got embarrassed, even still, calling and talking to Lex.
"Hey Lex" Martha heard just as she made her way into the dining room. Martha could only shake her head; she still couldn't believe that Lex loved her son as much as Clark loved Lex. 'Will wonders never cease?' Martha thought to herself before she began to put together the little packets of felt and feathers for the children to use to make their turkey head-dress.
"Your dad called" Clark said slowly, he knew that as soon as Lex heard those words that he would be enraged.
"And what did my father had to say" Lex said in a calm, too calm voice.
"That you were cancelling your plans here for the party in Metropolis"
"Hmmm, my father must be mistaken"
"Mom told him as much" Clark said a grin on his face, he had sort of gotten a thrill out of his mother knocking Lionel Luthor down off his high horse about where Lex planned to be for the Thanksgiving holiday.
"Martha spoke with him?"
"Yeah, she could tell I wasn't really sure what to say to him"
"I see, you do know that I don't plan to cancel anything here right?" Lex asked for some reason anxious.
"Yeah I know, but your father is a bit"
"Much, I know" Lex said before he started to ramble about what had been going on in between their phones calls to each other.
"Oh! Lana was looking for you" Clark said he had after all promised Lana to tell Lex that the girl was looking for him.
"When will that girl get the clue?"
"I think the clue bus drove by her" Clark joked before he heard Lex make a comment on that she would have to realize that the bus had driven by.
"Can I come over?" Lex asked suddenly.
"Sure, you can help mom and me" Clark said before explaining to Lex that they were working on the packets that they would give the children to make their turkey head-dresses.
"I still don't get this" Lex mumbled before hanging up the phone and making his way over the Kent farm. Twenty minutes later had Lex pulling up in the drive and Clark greeting him with a big hug.
"Missed you" he whispered before kissing Lex on the cheek. He felt like such a girl with the way he was acting but since the tips of Lex's ears turned pink he wasn't the only one enjoying their time alone.
"Hello Lex" Martha said standing on the porch rubbing her arms with her hands. She had been told by Clark that Lex was coming for a visit and to help with the packets, but she didn't believe he would be over so quickly.
"Mrs....Martha" Lex said before ushering them all inside. He didn't want for either Clark and Martha to get sick.
"I am going to assume that you know your father called"
"Yes, he is on a war path about this party it seems" Lex said a frown on his face. He didn't get why his father was so adamant that he go to this party this year. There had been years before his exile to Smallville that Lionel Luthor would gladly see his son in his bedroom at the penthouse instead of out and about with the social elite of Metropolis.
"It seems so" Martha agreed before they arrived to the dining room with the felt in stacks, feathers together and a stack of plastic baggies waiting to be filled.
"So here was what needs to happen...." Martha started out before explaining to Lex that the felt needed to be cut up and then put into the plastic baggies along with some feathers and some other baubles that she had laid out on the dining room table. Lex nodded his head before taking a pair of scissors to cut up the felt.
"Here" Clark said taking the scissors out of Lex's hand and handing him something else instead. Clark knew that Lex would make a comment when he tried to cut with the right-handed scissor with his left hand. It had been his little 'soap box' tantrum that he had whenever things weren't made for both left and right handed people. Lex glared at Clark before moving over to place the baubles and feathers into the plastic baggies. Martha watched with a critical eye before deciding to leave the pair of them alone. She knew the pair didn't have a lot of alone time, and she figured that she could disappear out to the barn with her husband so the pair could be alone.
"I'll be back" Martha said before leaving without a backwards glance to the two boys that were standing next to each other in the dining room.
"Did your mother just...." Lex said watching the retreating back of Martha as she made her way out to the barn.
"I think she did" Clark answered before moving over just a little closer to Lex a shy smile on his face.
"Well I plan to take advantage of this" Lex said before moving around to stand behind Clark and wrapping his arms around the larger man, pressing a kiss to the nape of Clark's neck.
"Lex" Clark said blushing, he hadn't expected for Lex to wrap his arms around him but now that the arms were around him he felt as if everything was right in the world.
"So what were we doing?" Lex said grabbing a plastic baggie with his arms still around Clark, it may have been a bit hard for him to grab things but he refused to move from his spot. Clark didn't answer he knew that this was Lex's way to basically say that his arms weren't going anywhere.
"You want to sit down?" Clark said a bit later after he had completed cutting up all the felt and was now stuffing it into the plastic baggies that Lex had already filled.
"Only if I can sit on your lap" Lex said an impish grin on his face. Clark shook his head before pulling out a chair and taking a seat, waiting for Lex to sit down.
"Hmmm, I could get used to this" Lex said before shifting a bit on Clark's legs.
"Lex" Clark groaned out, he had thought that them sitting together was a safe idea but it seemed that Lex and his cock had other ideas.
"If you're good I'll take care of that for you" Lex whispered to Clark in a husky voice. Clark could only look into Lex's eyes and see that the other man was telling the truth. The pair of them hadn't gone much past kissing since the fateful day they expressed their feelings for each other, what with Lex trying to avoid Lana and his father and Clark doing his chores and going to school; there wasn't much time left for the pair of them. Every time that Clark had come over the last few times, either Lex was on the phone fighting with his father or he was on the phone trying to get out of a meeting with Lana over The Talon's books.
"Only if I can return the favor" Clark said before sneaking his hand to the bulge in the front of Lex's pants. A very bold move on his part, but he could see that Lex was quite pleased with the move if the tips of his ears turning pink was an indicator.
"Promises, promises" Lex said before kissing Clark on the lips and going back to work. He was absolutely smitten with the idea of the casual coziness that they had currently. He only wished that his father could see and understand that he was happy with his life currently and that a wife wasn't going to make his life any better. Sure the woman could give him an heir but there would be no love between him and the woman for his love had been given to Clark the moment he laid eyes on the man-boy. The pair continued to fill the plastic baggies with the items on the table; it was when Lex moved a bit to grab another stack of cut felt that he shifted onto Clark's hard cock. Clark couldn't take it any longer and he grabbed Lex by the waist and began kissing every patch of available skin, and with Lex dressed in his usual attire there wasn't much.
"Clark" Lex said before he was pulled back just a bit more to have Clark's cock grind into Lex's back side. Clark could care less that his parents could walk in on them at any moment; all he cared about was how good it felt to have his cock grinding against Lex's ass.
"Clark" Lex called out again wondering if the younger man could hear him at all.
"Lex" Clark said his hands snaking around to the front of Lex's pants, where he began to undo the belt and button on Lex's pants.
"Whoa Clark, whoa" Lex said putting his hands over Clark's to still the other man's movements.
"Lex" Clark said in a whine clearly not happy about Lex stopping his progress on his pants.
"Your parents"
"Don't care" Clark said before kissing Lex, showing him how much need was running through his body. Lex fought with himself on what to do, he wanted exactly what Clark wanted but he was also trying to respect the trust that the Kents, both of them, had given him with being alone with their son. When Clark began to nibbled on the side of Lex's neck, all thought about the Kents left his brain and his only thought was the pleasure that Clark was giving him.
"Clark" Lex said turning his head a bit to get a kiss out of Clark, it was then that the younger man knew that Lex was giving up his fight at being appropriate and he began back on the belt and button to Lex's pants.
"Clark" Lex groaned out when Clark's hand finally met that of his heated cock. The feeling was something that he had dreamed about for years now, but the actual feeling of Clark's hand on his cock was indescribable.
"I'll take care of you" Clark whispered in a husky voice, all the while pumping Lex's cock as if it was his own. Lex leaned against Clark panting, he never knew his farm boy would be able to play his body like a violin, he had imagined scenes like this but nothing was even close to feelings that were running through his body currently.
"Clark" Lex said in a shout of his love's name when he reached his peak. Clark watched the expression on Lex's face and shuttered his own release before snuggling into Lex's pliant body.
"Wow" Lex said a few minutes later after he had regained the ability to process information in his brain.
"Okay" Clark asked concerned, he had never really given a guy a hand job, so he had done what had felt good to him and he could guess by the look on Lex's face and the momentary black out that he had done something right.
"More than okay" Lex said shifting his weight to see if Clark was still hard, but he felt nothing he turned and saw that Clark was blushing.
"Sorta came when you did, the look on your face" Clark said his face taking on a dream-like state. Lex could only smile; he had pleased his love and had even managed to make him cum with only a look. 'Take that, Lana Lang!' Lex crowed in his head. He knew that the girl had no affections towards Clark, now at least, but he had seen the way the girl watched Clark before Halloween how the girl had almost stalker-like tendencies when it came to the where abouts of Clark. Lex sat in Clark's lap with a pleased look on his face. It was when Clark began to do up his pants and belt did he realized that he had orgasmed in the dining room of the Kent family house.
"Oh god" Lex groaned out, he would never be able to come into this room and think normal thoughts like having dinner with the Kents.
"I know" Clark answered he too was thinking the same thing as Lex, he was quite glad that he had chosen the chair that he usually sat at when the family would have dinner in the dining room, for he wasn't sure he would be able to face his parents if they were sitting in a chair that he had just got Lex off on.
"Dinner is going to be here isn't it?"
"Yeah, but this is *my* chair"
"Hmmm" Lex said before turning to look Clark in the eye, he had something important to say and he didn't think he would be able to say it again for awhile.
"I love you" Clark's eyes widened at the words, he had heard them the day that Lex had come looking for him after the Hayride but to hear it again with Lex his close and looking quite relaxed made it all that much sweeter.
"And I love you" Clark said before nudging Lex's nose with his own. Lex nodded before standing up to make his way to the bathroom.
"Are you okay?" Clark said the cool air of the house hitting his overheated skin where Lex had just been in.
"I am but I think I should clean myself up, you might want to do the same" Lex said pointing to the large wet spot in Clark's jeans.
"Yeah" Clark said standing from his chair and then going over to where Lex stood a hand out. Clark took one last look at the chair before moving them into the main part of the house.
"I'll be right back" Clark said jogging up the stairs and then to his room to change his boxers and jeans. He hid his wet clothing in the hamper and then dashed downstairs to see Lex just stepping out of the half bath located downstairs.
"There" Lex said taking Clark's hand again and then returning to the dining room and the chair. They continued on filling the plastic baggies as if nothing had gone on. Martha and Jonathan snuck into the house thinking that they would be able to catch the pair doing something they weren't supposed to be doing, but only found them finishing filling the bags with Lex sitting in Clark's large lap.
"Right on time" Martha said as she stepped fully into the room.
"So it seems" Lex said after jumping a bit at Martha's voice, he couldn't quite stop the blush that made its way to his cheeks but it was fairly dark in the dining room, so neither of the Kent parents noticed the pink tint to Lex's cheeks.
"Thank you Lex for helping out" Martha said before offering Lex to stay for dinner.
"I should be going, I have a feeling that my father will be arriving here shortly to expound on the reasons as to why I should or will be at the LuthorCorp's Thanksgiving Dinner"
"All right dear" Martha said going over to where the pair still sat and patting Lex on the shoulder. She felt for the young man, but she also knew that he was more than capable of going head-to-head with his father over dinner for the Thanksgiving Day holiday.
"I'll see you later" Lex said before kissing Clark on the lips not at all worried about the Kents pulling him away from Clark, they knew that his love was pure they had after all seen to it that he came only to Clark with the purest of intentions. And then made his way off of the warm lap that he had been in, he didn't want to leave but he knew his father too well to know that the man wasn't going to allow him to not go to the party without a very good reasons and so far Clark wasn't a very good reason in his father's book. The man would have to learn that he was the only reason in Lex's world and he best get used to that. Lex left the house and made his way to the castle, not at all surprised to see a black limo parked in the circle drive.
"Let the battle begin" Lex said to the empty interior of his car, before getting out and making his way towards the den where he knew his father was probably waiting for him, looking at reports of the plant and anything else that could be seen out in plain view to possibly use against him in this fight or in the future.
"Father, what a non-surprise" Lex said striding into the room, already in battle mode. He wanted to get this over and done with as soon as possible.
"Alexander" Lex had to grit his teeth, he *hated* when his father used his full name like he just done.
"It seems that there is a miscommunication between myself and you about the LuthorCorp Thanksgiving Dinner"
"No, I don't think there is. I'm not going I have plans here" Lex stated taking a seat in the leather and chrome wheely chair behind the large glass desk that his father loathed.
"No, you don't" Lionel said standing in front of the desk, he refused to even sit in the guest chairs for they would make him look smaller than he needed when bullying his son to do his bidding.
"Father" Lex said with a sigh, wondering why the man was so adamant that he show his face at the dinner.
"Alexander just be there" Lionel said before sweeping out of the room and castle. Lex knew that his father expected him to bow to his demands but he refused to cancel his dinner with the Kents and all over a dinner for only the highest of high in the LuthorCorp hierarchy. Once Lionel was gone from the room did Lex spin his chair around so that if faced the stained glass window that hung behind him.
"If he thinks I will bow to his demands" Lex muttered before spinning back around and getting back to stacks of paperwork that needed to be completed before the Thursday that was fast approaching. He had only one real working day left and he certainly wasn't going to waste time on his father and his ideas, he did after all have to see a Clark shape turkey walking in the parade Thursday morning. A grin formed on Lex's lips, oh yeah and he planned to have a camera waiting for the large Clark shaped turkey and kids following in his wake. Lex worked late into the night and only went to bed when his eyelids could no longer stay open on their own, the thought of being able to crawl into bed with Clark laying next to him made him shiver in need. That afternoon's activities came back to him as he took off his clothes. His cock hardened at the look of wonder on Clark's face as he had shouted out his orgasm, one of the best he had *ever* had and that was something.
"Clark" Lex said now laying on the bed naked stroking his cock, the mere thought of Clark holding his cock made him pump faster and harder, wanting instead Clark's hand or even mouth doing the pleasuring for him.
"Clark" Lex shouted out when he peeked, he was amazed that even alone and thinking about Clark made the pleasure of his orgasm that much better the previously.
"Must be that pureness" Lex mumbled before falling asleep covers half covering his body. The next morning dawned and Lex was up at sunrise as he usually was and was sitting in the den yet again working on the reports that were needed for the plant. Even if he didn't attend the stupid dinner for his father, he knew the man would breathe down his next about the reports that he had requested on his last visit, before the one last night.
"Luthor" Lex barked into his cell phone, deep in the numbers and calculations that were occurring in the spreadsheet on his computer.
"Morning to you too" Clark said before laughing at bit, he was alerady at school and figured he would give Lex a call and see how the other man's night went before his first class of the day.
"Morning" Lex purred into the phone, making Clark blush which of course had Chloe asking in the background who he was talking to.
"Are you at school?"
"Just got here, but I get to leave early to help the elementary kids with their head-dresses" Clark explained before talking to Lex about what his mother had already planned out for the dinner on Thursday.
"Speaking of dinners, my father stopped by last night"
"What did he have to say" Clark knew what the man wanted so there was really no need to ask about that.
"Demands of course"
"Of course" Clark said before speaking to someone over on his end.
"I gotta go"
"Lana Lang" Lex hazard a guess there was only one person that would make Clark get off the phone as quickly as he was doing now and it was the Pretty Pink Princess, Lex shuttered, all that pink shouldn't be normal.
"Yeah"
"Love you, bye" Lex said not waiting for a response but surprised to get one anyway.
"Love you too, bye" Clark said before hanging up the phone and turning to stare at Lana and her henchman Whitney Fordman.
"I need to talk to you" Lana said pointing a painted pink finger and nail at Clark.
"He's busy" Chloe said trying to run block for Clark but knowing that once Lana set her mind to something that she would whine and complain until she got her way.
"It will only take a minute" Lana said batting her eyes at Clark as if that would turn him into playdough, like she wanted.
"What?" Clark said crossing his arms over his chest and glaring at Lana, the girl had some nerve even attempting to talk to him after the nasty words she had said to him after the fight just a few weeks ago over her affections for Lex. Most of the school had stayed out of her way but she had been throwing herself in Clark's path since then, hoping that Clark would give her some sort of information that she could use to gain Lex's affections.
"Have you seen Lex? He hasn't returned any of my calls and I need to make sure that he got the invitation for The Talon Thanksgiving Dinner"
"I'm sure he has" Clark said not really knowing if Lex had gotten the invitation or not. He hadn't said anything to Clark, but Clark also knew that Lex's plans for the holiday were centered around Kent Farms and nothing more. He had been talking his parents into letting Lex stay the night, but so far they had not buckled. He hoped with yesterday's show of love that they would allow Lex to spend the night, even if they slept in different rooms; Clark wanted Lex there to wake up to.
"Well I need to know" Lana said now tapping her foot; Clark looked to the clock in the hallway and saw that he had two minutes to get to class before he was late.
"I gotta get to class" Clark said before brushing past Lana and Whitney and making his way towards his first class.
"Clark Kent!" Lana screamed before stomping off to her first class looking not at all happy. Clark floated through the first half of his classes, quite looking forward to going over to the elementary so that he could help the kids make their turkey head-dresses. Clark was really the only one that would be wearing a turkey suit and he was fine with that but he knew that on Monday he would receive a lot of comments about him and the suit. The kids liked it and so he made sure to volunteer this year so that the kids could continue to have fun.
"Clark Kent!" Lana screeched breaking Clark out of his thoughts about the kids and them having fun making their head-dresses, as he made his way down the hallway of Smallville High School. Clark rolled his eyes before stopping waiting for the girl to catch up with him.
"You...you....make sure that Lex calls me" Lana said before sneering at Clark and then walking away. The students that saw the conversation wondered on how Clark didn't slap the girl, after all she had done to him.
"Whatever" Clark said before he finished walking to his locker to place his books inside. The teachers had been good and decided that they wouldn't be giving out homework on this holiday.
"Clark" Chloe said running after Clark as he made his way out to the parking lot so that he could make his way to the elementary school.
"Chloe" Clark said surprised to see the blonde outside on this cold autumn day without a coat.
"I thought I would just say, have fun" Chloe said a pink tint to her cheeks. Clark wasn't sure if it was from the cold or if there was something more but Clark didn't' think to ask.
"Thanks, see you at the parade" Clark said before jumping into the cab of the truck and then making his way to the elementary which was only a two minute drive from the high school.
"Clark Kent" a woman with bleached blonde hair done up in a beehive said as Clark walked into the school.
"Mrs. Nelson" Clark said before going over to sign in, he saw that his mother had already arrived and seemed to be waiting for him somewhere.
"Your mother is in the cafeteria waiting for you" Mrs. Nelson said before shooing Clark out of the office without the usual name badges that everyone needed to wear when they visited the school.
"Thanks" Clark said before jogging to the cafeteria to see his mom setting up the plastic baggies in the center of the tables that were usually used for lunch at the school.
"Hey mom" Clark said before going over to his mother and kissing her on the cheek.
"How was school" Clark made a face before explaining that Lana was insisting that he ask Lex if he had gotten the invitation for The Talon Thanksgiving Day Dinner. Martha could only shake her head, Lana Lang just didn't get that neither Clark or Lex was interested in her, it didn't seem to slow her down in any way. Clark and Martha continued to place the filled baggies in the center on the tables and before long the pair were standing at the entrance to the cafeteria waiting for the elementary kids to enter. Some of the kids recognized Clark and Martha right away and gave a wave while others made their way to an empty seat at the tables.
"Everyone here?" Martha said once all the chairs were filled. After receiving a nod for one of the teachers at the door, Martha then explained what they would be doing for the next hour or so.
“It's a Smallville tradition as you know, to have a turkey in the parade that is going to take place tomorrow morning” some of the kids looked so eager at hearing the words that Martha spoke.
“And with the turkey comes his or her hatchlings” Martha said a smile on her face at seeing all the kids so excited about being in the parade tomorrow.
